Teaser Tuesdays is a weekly bookish meme, hosted by MizB of Should Be Reading. Anyone can play along! Just do the following:
* Grab your current read
* Open to a random page
* Share 2 “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page
* BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)
* Share the title & author, too, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers!

Well, here are my teasers....
"A bare lightbulb illuminated an empty blue room, blue as a painter's palette on a boat in the middle of the sea, bright as illuminated water. The carpet was white fur and almost looked alive." (p.61)
"Although our brief email conversation was now a distant memory, I knew that a man willing to push a skateboard for five and a half months would at least consider placing twenty-four eggs in between my toes. I only hoped he still lived in England." (p.159)
.....I had a giggle at this one as it was honestly the first page I opened to and the first sentence I laid eyes on! lol :).....
Love those color descriptions in the first teaser - I'm not sure why, but they work! Hope you're enjoying both of these reads.
